Victorian Postcard from Scarborough

Bobbi and Monika go back in time on holiday in Scarborough

Members and friends of St Chrysostom’s are keen to share their travels on our blog! Here’s Bobbi and Monika on their trip to Scarborough…
Scarborough, the “Queen of the Yorkshire Coast”,provides the perfect seaside holiday venue for people of all ages, with it’s safe beaches and numerous other attractions such as donkey ride, boat cruise, sea life and wonderful landscapes and sunset. The entire coast is full of fish and chips and ice cream shops to compliment our stay.
But the most memorable time was when we visited a photo shop where we took the below Victorian picture. Very funny, but original replica of the period. We can’t stop laughing whenever we see ourselves travelling back in time, with very elegant and celebrated costumes of that time!
