St Chrysostom’s Church Live

St Chrysostom’s is a diverse and inclusive congregation. People from a wonderfully wide variety of backgrounds come together at St C’s in prayer, worship and service to others. In our diversity we welcome a wide variety of different outlooks on Christianity as well as those who are on the threshold of faith. We give space for differing views, even if, at times, they may be uncomfortable to us. We celebrate the difference.

We also like to share what we have whenever we can. This coming Sunday we’ve a special opportunity to share who we are at St C’s with a wider audience. Our Sunday Mass goes live through Twitter and Periscope. This is thanks to a fantastic initiative of the Church of England (see here). A different Church each week is selected for broadcasting in this way and we are the ones for Sunday, 28th February.

So please join us in person at Church or via the live feed. There’s even opportunity for those watching remotely to ‘tweet’ comments as the Mass proceeds and hopefully comments will be answered.

We are looking forward to sharing our joy and celebration (even if it is in Lent!).
